INFRACOM is our infrared transmission system. All audio signals are transmitted via infrared light. INFRACOM operates in infrared band IV, guaranteeing interference-free transmission. The system works without restriction even in strong sunlight or extremely bright artificial light.
INFRACOM is suitable for both small conferences and large congresses. The system allows up to 32 channels to be transmitted, which can be individually set and received with the INFRACOM IRX receiver. The audio signals are fed in internally via the DIGIMIC system or externally via DANTE.
The system offers maximum security: the distribution of audio signals can be easily restricted to a specific area. For example, darkening the windows prevents eavesdropping from outside.
ICen DM – our new infrared compact transmitter
The new ICen DM infrared compact transmitter makes your simultaneous interpreting projects even easier and faster to implement. The INFRACOM and DIGIMIC systems can be easily connected to each other via an RJ45 plug: The transmission in the room runs wireless via infrared – the DIGIMIC system configures and controls the entire conference in the background, including simultaneous translation.
The ICen DM compact transmitter is used within the INFRACOM system to transmit eight audio channels using infrared light. The number of audio channels can be easily expanded by cascading additional ICen DM transmitters.
The ICen DA compact infrared transmitter allows our INFRACOM system to be connected to other external audio sources via our DIGIMIC system. The systems are connected via RJ45 plugs and the audio signals are transmitted via DANTE.
